SORAH has the meaning of ‘beautiful aurora’ and ‘stars in the sunrise’ among
Native Americans, and JAPAN’S PREMIUM SPARKLING SAKE
“CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH” is made in the hopes to reflect that beautifully
clean dream-like atmosphere.
Produced in a way that it merges the traditional sake brewing techniques with the new
and innovative,it is the perfect sparkling sake to be enjoyed as a toasting
drink for celebrations and other special occasions.
To contribute to the revitalization of
the agricultural economy in our hometown,
majority of Chiyomusubi sake is made
using rice produced in Tottori Prefecture.
CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH is no exception
and is made using Tottori’s local sake rice
and pure spring water that runs from the
local mountain.
CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH is made with the technique of ‘secondary fermentation’ within the bottle, meaning the bubbles are natural.

The Japanese Champagne.. SORAH. The nose on this sparkling sake that uses the technique of secondary fermentation is a gentle collection of yeast, rice, white grape, and mineral aromas. There is a welcoming hint of creaminess and some dried apple elements, but the strength is in the Tottori sourced rice, which drinks dry, lively, and very well-balanced.

This a premium class Sake.
